The boys just keep growing! Caleb now easily rolls both directions, holds his head up strongly, plays with his toes, and laughs easily. Colors are old hat for Joseph, and he learns new words hourly. He often tries to entice Caleb to play with him and his trucks and offers him snacks from his pretend food. Joseph is also very into caring for his stuffed animals, going through the routine of putting them to bed for a nap, or pretending to breastfeed them, and his new favorite going-to-sleep read is a book of various children's' poems. The other day I was feeling exasperated with him, when he comes walking out of his room with metal bowls on his feet for shoes, and suddenly I didn't feel exasperated anymore and just laughed. It is such a joy to share small moments and milestones with them throughout the day.
