Challah to you

A few days ago I made my first Challah bread for Rosh Hashanah, andI thought it turned out rather nicely. Challah was also on my mind after reading The Ladies Auxiliary, a story about an orthodox Jewish community in Memphis, that is our book club book this month. Sadly, I can't recommend the book for its terrible writing , but I enjoyed learning more about the food and religious rituals.
