Rabbit Valley Camping
Spring break was at the end of March this year, and again we managed to spend a lovely night camping with our friends the Dohertys. And this year, we found a great campsite with no cliffs for children to potentially fall off of! The most exciting thing about the campsite was the lovely soft sand made for digging and hours of entertainment. And we brought shovels!
Also, there was a unicycle.
When it got dark the boys played flashlight tag and we talked around the campfire about nature writing and Emerson and what it means to "experience nature". In the morning we went for a hike.
Good friends, beautiful place, lots of dirt. It was a good time.
