We've got two sitting-up-on-their-own boys around here now! Congratulations to Caleb, who mastered the art of sitting about last Friday, during my blogging hiatus. It really is very exciting for him; he can play with toys much more easily now that they stay in front of him, and he can entertain himself for a good ten minutes with a half-empty water bottle (like he is doing right now.) Joseph also really likes it, and is starting to treat him more like someone he can play with. From Caleb's perspective, this is both good and bad, I think. It means more excitement and more getting knocked over. Yesterday they took their first bath together, and both had a lot of fun as far as I could tell. Also, note the highlighter on Joseph's arms, fast becoming a common sight around here.
